Erica Barrett Paster

Erica Barrett is a Managing Director at Tradeweb, where she works in U.S. Institutional Rates, overseeing key client relationships and strategic initiatives across the firm. With more than twenty years of experience in fixed income markets, she has played a significant role in the evolution of electronic trading and the expansion of liquidity and access across global markets. She is also a member of Tradeweb’s Operating Committee.

In her current role, Ms. Barrett leads several of Tradeweb’s core businesses, including its money markets and repo platforms, which she helped build and grow over the course of her tenure. She has also led major firmwide initiatives, including the integration of Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD), further enhancing Tradeweb’s client offering and technology platform.

Ms. Barrett is an active advocate for advancing women in financial services. She is a charter member and co-head of the Tradeweb Global Women’s Network and a member of the Women’s Bond Club.

Ms. Barrett proudly serves on the Board of Directors of Tuesday’s Promise. Having been in the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, her connection to the organization is deeply personal. She is committed to supporting its mission to honor those lost and to provide long-term support for families, responders, and survivors. In addition, she has served for several years as Co-Chair of the Tuesday's Promise Annual Gala, bringing people together for an evening of support for our mission.

Ms. Barrett began her career at Bloomberg L.P. and holds a B.S. in Business from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
