Sibling Loss Loss Group

This peer support group is open to adults who have experienced loss of a sibling on 9/11 or in post-9/11 military service.

Meditation Training: Developing and Deepening a Personal Practice

Virtual

Facilitator: Megan Ryan

Megan Ryan, a 9/11 family member and a certified meditation teacher, is offering meditation mentorship for those interested in beginning or deepening a meditation practice. Group and individual options available.
 
The sessions follow a thoughtful progression aimed at developing a steady and independent practice. Participants learn clear, usable techniques that support attention, emotional balance, and deeper self-awareness—skills that can continue to provide ongoing support. The work is spiritually informed while remaining grounded and accessible through secular meditation techniques.
