Meditation Training: Developing and Deepening a Personal Practive

Virtual

5pm-6pm - FULL

Megan Ryan, a 9/11 family member and a certified meditation teacher, is offering meditation mentorship for those interested in beginning or deepening a meditation practice. Group and individual options available.

The sessions follow a thoughtful progression aimed at developing a steady and independent practice. Participants learn clear, usable techniques that support attention, emotional balance, and deeper self-awareness—skills that can continue to provide ongoing support. The work is spiritually informed while remaining grounded and accessible through secular meditation techniques.

Registration for future sessions is open to registered Tuesday's Promise 9/11 families and responders. Please contact Ariana to confirm your registration with Tuesday's Children and receive registration details for future sessions.
