2025 Highlights - An Incredible Year of Impact

We are excited to share our highlights from 2025. We crisscrossed the country to meet our families for engagements and community-building activities, introduced some new programs, and elevated our ability to meet the needs of families impacted by 9/11 and post-9/11 military loss.

17 in-person events and programs held in 8 states

50 youth who lost a parent in military service paired with an adult mentor

100 care kits packed and delivered to 9/11 first responders

$27,000 in scholarships awarded through the Trade School Scholarship Program

6 staff and 2 board directors completed certification in David Kessler’s Grief Educator program

8 staff received Give an Hour training on developing and managing peer support groups
